Job Description

The role of a Field Service Engineer is to deliver world-class customer experience, promote Zip products, and achieve industry leading first time fix rates.
Requirements
- Technical understanding and a background focused on repairs and fault finding
- Problem solving skills with great attention to detail
- Face-to-face Customer Service experience and ability to promote and sell
- Plumbing or electrical qualification
- UK Driving license
- Previous experience of fault diagnostics
