Commercial Sales Manager (Greece & Iraq-Field Based Role)

Ziyut Al Adaa Lubricants Trading Company is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to lead a growing team and drive commercial growth. This field-based role involves managing industrial accounts in Iraq and Greece, with a focus on leading sales and building lasting client relationships. The role offers a chance to scale operations, lead a team, and be part of a rapidly expanding organization.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (Arabic or Kurdish)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial sectors (lubricants a plus)
• Proven leader with team management and field sales experience
• Financially literate - understands pricing, margins, exchange rates and budget implications
• Flexible and willing to rotate between Greece and Iraq
• Excellent Excel, ERP, CRM, and IT workflow skills
