Job Description
This part-time breakfast attendant role focuses on providing excellent guest service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. Responsibilities include greeting guests, ensuring a positive experience, assisting with breakfast menu selection, and restocking supplies. The position requires a team-oriented approach and basic computer skills.
Requirements
- Maintain knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and hotel features.
- Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests.
- Promote and educate guests on breakfast options.
- Assist in providing a pleasant experience.
- Help provide and clean dishes and coffee.
