Job Description
Fluidra is seeking a CNC Programmer/Machinist to join their Phoenix, Arizona team. The role involves operating and maintaining VMC, Swiss, and CNC lathes to produce high-precision components. This position requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
- Trade school certification in Milling, Turning, and Swiss machining with 2-4 years of experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Mastercam and SolidWorks.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
