Job Description
Fluidra is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead content strategy, execution, and analysis for the company's brands. This role is responsible for driving YoY growth in awareness, engagement, and site traffic. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a strong background in copywriting and content production. It's a strategic and hands-on position, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in marketing, copywriting, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in professional social media strategy and execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven project management experience.
- Experience with managing direct reports and external agencies.
- Familiarity with digital media, social media, influencer, affiliate and content marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
