Job Description
ZOLL Medical Corporation is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) in an independent contractor role to train patients on the use and care of LifeVest®, a wearable cardioverter defibrillator. The PSR will work with patients at risk for sudden cardiac arrest, providing protection and peace of mind. This is a flexible opportunity for health professionals to supplement their income.
Requirements
- Have 1 year patient care experience
- Patient experience must be in a paid professional environment (not family caregiver)
- Patient experience must be documented on resume
- Completion of background check
- Florida and Ohio candidates must complete a level 2 screening, fee not paid by ZOLL
- Disclosure of personal NPI number (if applicable)
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance and/or valid state ID
- Willingness to pay a $30 annual DME fee which is deducted from a completed Work Order
- Willingness to pay for additional vendor credentialing (i.e. RepTrax) if needed geographically
