Patient Service Representative

The Cardiac Management Solutions division of ZOLL, manufacturer of the LifeVest®, is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) in an independent contractor role to train patients on the use and care of LifeVest ®. This is the perfect opportunity for the health professional with patient care and teaching experience to supplement his or her income.

Requirements

• Have 1 year patient care experience
• Patient experience must be in a paid professional environment (not family caregiver)
• Patient experience must be documented on resume
• Completion of background check
• Florida and Ohio candidates must complete a level 2 screening, fee not paid by ZOLL
• Disclosure of personal NPI number (if applicable)
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance and/or valid state ID
• Willingness to pay a $30 annual DME fee which is deducted from a completed Work Order
• Willingness to pay for additional vendor credentialing (i.e. RepTrax) if needed geographically
