Patient Service Representative

The Cardiac Management Solutions division of ZOLL is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to train patients on the use and care of LifeVest, a wearable cardioverter defibrillator. The PSR will set up the equipment, train patients and caregivers, and follow up as needed. This is a flexible, independent contractor role with competitive pay.

Requirements

• 1 year of patient care experience
• Completion of background check
• Valid driver's license and car insurance
• Disclosure of personal NPI number (if applicable)
• Willingness to pay a $30 annual DME fee and additional vendor credentialing fees
