Zone IT Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager (Recruitment Services) to build and maintain strong client relationships within the IT recruitment industry. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, candidate evaluation, and providing insightful reports, with a focus on exceeding client expectations and identifying new opportunities. Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or recruitment (ideally within the IT sector)
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment goals
- Strong grasp of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation methods
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
- Proactive and results-oriented approach
