Zone IT Solutions is looking for a talented IT Recruiter to join their team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top IT professionals to fill various positions in the company's client companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and job market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
