Job Description
Zones is seeking a VP, Treasurer to oversee and optimize the organization’s global treasury operations, capital structure, and financial strategy. This leadership role involves managing banking relationships, debt financing, cash flow forecasting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations. The position requires significant travel and a strong financial acumen, focusing on risk management and leadership in a global environment.
Requirements
- Develop and execute strategies for capital structure optimization.
- Manage global cash flow forecasting and ensure adequate liquidity across all operations.
- Oversee corporate equity program
- Manage credit and collections
- Review and recommend approval of extended credit requests
- Collaborate with Director, Credit and Collections
- Build and lead a high-performing treasury and corporate finance team
