The IAM Security Analyst will oversee the company's process of Identify and Access Management (IAM) with a security focus, working with other team members to streamline and automate IAM processes, and assist in developing strategic roadmaps for IAM systems and the program. Responsibilities include monitoring system logs, conducting audits and reviews, and implementing remediation efforts. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required, along with experience in enterprise Identity and Access Management and process documentation.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Experience in enterprise Identity and Access Management
- Experience in process documentation and improvement
- Working knowledge of fundamental security principles such as RBAC and PoLP
- Knowledge and experience with identity and cloud security technologies
- Working technical knowledge of endpoint security systems
- Strong understanding of IP, TCP/IP, and other network administration protocols
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 FnO and CE applications
- Experience scripting using PowerShell and Azure Cloud shell
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to conduct research into IT security issues and products as required
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
