The Client Success Manager will be responsible for creating new customers and vendors in CRM, creating customer-facing quotes, and entering standard and repeatable sales and purchase orders for IT hardware and software products. They will also update new products and prices, remove products, and create, maintain, and update SOPs for assigned activities.
