Camp Counselor

The Camp Counselor is responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of all aspects of ZooCamp, including activities, crafts, games, animal encounters, and tours through the zoo. The position requires a hardworking, enthusiastic, and creative individual who is comfortable working with children and animals.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Previous experience working with children
• Available to work 40 hours per week (8 hours/day) Monday-Friday
• Reliable transportation to and from Stone Zoo
• Willingness to spend long periods of time outdoors
• Ability to navigate over uneven terrain in all weather
