Recruitment Consultant position at Zoom Recruitment Services Ltd, a specialist agency supplying permanent, temporary, and contract staff within Commercial, Logistics, Engineering, and NHS sectors.

Requirements

• Recruit high-quality candidates by sourcing via various job boards, linked in, and recruitment platforms
• Telephone screen candidates, assessing suitability and compliance for roles
• Confidently generate new sales business & bring on new temporary or permanent jobs to increase revenue on your desk
• Ensure all bookings are inputted on the system for payroll and liaise with any necessary departments in relation to managing your team of staff
• Form strong relationships with both clients and candidates ensuring an excellent delivery of service at all times
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the compliance, requirements, and industry in relation to your desk
• New business and account development working with some of the UK's leading blue chip brands or the booming NHS sector
