Job Description
Zoox is seeking a results-driven Senior Staff Analyst for their Contingent Workforce Systems to lead the strategy, design, implementation, and lifecycle management of systems supporting their workforce. This role involves building scalable architectures, managing platform integrations, and aligning system capabilities with evolving business needs. The analyst will design and execute training strategies for users.
Requirements
- Design scalable, secure system architectures integrating WFM, VMS (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline), and LMS (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Own lifecycle management of contingent workforce platforms including vendor onboarding, updates, and enhancements
- Lead vendor selection and performance management
- Ensure alignment with business, HR, legal, and procurement policies
- Create and execute training, communication, and adoption strategies for users and business partners
