Job Description
Zoox is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to join the Manufacturing Test and Diagnostics Engineering team. This role involves designing, developing, and executing systems and processes for ECU and vehicle bringup, validation, testing, and troubleshooting. The engineer will work with both hardware and firmware, as well as with distributed systems, to improve testing processes and data acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (Electrical Engineering or Computer Science).
- 4+ years of experience with hardware and software test integration using Python.
- Experience with network protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Automotive Ethernet, I2C, SPI).
- Strong background in Linux and shell (bash) scripting.
- Fundamental understanding of mechanical systems, sensors, and actuators.
