Job Description
Zopa is seeking a talented Analytics Manager to lead the collections oversight function at the Collections Analytics team. This role involves designing analyses, building reporting, uncovering trends, and making recommendations to improve collections processes and customer outcomes. The manager will collaborate closely with various teams to modernize Zopa's data capabilities and contribute to innovative analytical approaches.
Requirements
- Own programme delivery - scope, prioritise, and oversee the day-to-day management of analytics initiatives.
- Lead and develop the team - manage a small group of collections analysts, providing coaching and guidance.
- Monitor and respond to outcomes - track changes in collections, customer, and credit performance.
- Drive strategy through insight - turn data into strategies that optimise portfolio performance.
- Champion reporting and visibility - ensure robust dashboards and reporting tools.
- Partner across the business - collaborate with Operations, Product, Risk, and Compliance.
