Data Analyst, Collections

We're looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our collections team at Zopa. You'll play a key role in supporting Zopa's collections operations by running and improving processes, generating insights, and ensuring we have the right data and MI to make smart decisions.

Requirements

• Executing and improving existing team processes, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Using SQL to extract and prepare data for stakeholders across the business.
• Performing analysis within a defined scope using Python and Excel, validating outputs and clearly communicating findings.
• Applying problem-solving and investigative skills to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
• Owning and coordinating key team processes, including generating reports, MI, and data-driven controls.
