They are seeking a Backend Software Engineer to build the foundations for their AI Agents, focusing on reliability, performance, and scalability. The role emphasizes proactive AI tool utilization and a collaborative engineering ethos.
Requirements
- Excellent coding skills in Scala
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Excellent system design skills
- Experience with distributed systems
- Product acumen
- Working proficiency in English and Polish
- Docker Swarm / Kubernetes (preferred)
- NoSQL databases and GraphQL (preferred)
- Kafka or other message brokers (preferred)
- Akka framework (preferred)
- Functional programming libraries (Cats, Fs2, ZIO, Http4s, etc.) (preferred)
