Child Therapist

Zarephath is seeking a dedicated Community-Based Therapist to deliver individual, group, and family therapy services to children and families in Arizona. This hybrid position involves both in-person and telehealth sessions, requiring collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and providing comprehensive behavioral health care. Weekly clinical supervision is provided, including support toward independent licensure.

Requirements

• Provide clinical services: individual, family, and group therapy
• Create and maintain individualized treatment/service plans
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Attend treatment planning and coordination meetings
• Collaborate with clients, families, and community partners
• Deliver services via Telehealth and in-person sessions
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
