Job Description
Zscaler is looking for a talented and business-oriented Commercial Counsel to join their Legal team. The role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements, partnering with internal teams, and advising on risk and compliance.
Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school and active admission to a State Bar
- 5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts at a leading law firm, in-house, or preferably a combination thereof
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial transactions within the technology and SaaS space, especially supporting Sales teams
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations such as CCPA and GDPR, and experience drafting and negotiating related terms
- Flexibility and ability to thrive in dynamic, deadline-driven environments
- Organized, results-driven, and client-focused team player
