Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience and 3+ years of managing a team of engineers in databases, cloud or distributed domains
• Experience in developing and managing large-scale highly available distributed systems
• Profound expertise in software development methodologies, programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, etc), cloud technologies, and scalable architectures
• Proven track record of leading and inspiring engineering teams, driving innovation, and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
