Staff Software Development Engineer

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with Java expertise
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and software engineering best practices
• Extensive experience with traditional databases, APIs, Web Services (REST), and a preference for microservices
• Proficient in message queuing and caching using Kafka and Redis
• Experience with Hibernate or other Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks and bash/python script programming
• Familiarity with JSON, XML and experience using browser debugging and profiling tools
• Working knowledge of containerization (specifically Docker) and hands-on experience with Gemini code assist or other generative AI tools for development
