Safety Manager

Zūm is a rapidly expanding startup that transforms the school transportation industry with technology-driven solutions. As a Safety Manager, you will lead safety operations at our Shawnee, KS location and establish best-in-class safety standards to protect employees, students, and communities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in safety management within the transportation industry
• In-depth knowledge of FMCSA regulations, state pupil transportation laws, and OSHA/DOT standards
• Commercial Driver's License
• Supervisory experience in supervising and training a driver workforce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
