Zwift is seeking a Lead Product Manager to lead home screen and onboarding initiatives, optimizing for user engagement and retention. The role involves managing new user flow and ongoing content discovery, collaborating with engineering, design, content, and marketing teams, and setting team-level strategies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, or 7+ years of product adjacent experience
- Experience working within onboarding of a consumer facing product
- Experience coordinating with Marketing and Content Management teams to deliver personalized UI experiences
- Experience working in a content-driven product where scheduling and personalization experience are integral to the product's success
- Experience coordinating with engineering and design teams to deliver high valued, tested features, products, and experiences to customers
- Fluency in using data-query tools (e.g., SQL, Amplitude, or equivalent) to analyze funnel performance and self-serve complex product insights
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strategic thinker with the bias for action of a builder
- Passion for fitness, gaming, or sport is a big plus; love for the Zwift mission is essential
