Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in free-to-play mobile games or consumer digital products
• Strong business acumen with familiarity across the full mobile game lifecycle
• Deep empathy for players and track record of designing player-first experiences
• Proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives from concept through global launch
• Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management and cross-discipline collaboration
• Creative thinker with a whatever-it-takes approach to solving challenges
• Ability to inspire teams to do their best work and help others grow
• Advanced data literacy in experiment design, metric selection, and data interpretation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• BA/BS degree
