1000Heads is seeking an Associate Motion Director to join their team. The role involves shaping motion creative for social-first campaigns, creating visually compelling content across multiple platforms, mentoring junior designers, and maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic. This is a key position in shaping how brands create content and resonate with audiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation understanding, typography, and visual storytelling
• Experience leveraging AI tools in motion design
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience mentoring and providing constructive feedback to design talent
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for creativity, culture and using motion design to elevate brand storytelling
