Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation understanding, typography, and visual storytelling
- Experience leveraging AI tools in the motion design practice
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience mentoring and providing constructive feedback to design talent
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for creativity, culture, and motion design to elevate brand storytelling
