1000Heads is seeking an Associate Motion Director to shape the creative direction of motion design projects, blending hands-on skills with a deep understanding of animation principles. The role involves guiding a team, maintaining a consistent design language, and elevating ideas to polished visual storytelling across various digital and social channels. The candidate will leverage AI tools and contribute to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation understanding, typography, and visual storytelling
- Experience leveraging AI tools in motion design
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated ability to create clean, branded visuals
- Experience mentoring design talent
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
