The position focuses on managing calendars, emails, presentations, and handling confidential information.
Requirements
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones.
- Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft responses.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and reports.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business materials.
- Conduct research on various topics to support decision-making.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Identify market opportunities and research potential customers via LinkedIn, Google, and social media.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients, distributors, and re-distributors.
- Prepare compelling sales presentations.
- Coordinate product sample requests for customers and events.
- Support customer and distributor activation initiatives.
- Analyze sales reports and conduct data analysis.
- Work on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
