As a Solution Expert, you will play a key role in our growth in Germany and the wider DACH region. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle with potential customers, building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers, and helping develop tailored features that meet our customers' specific needs.
Requirements
- Native-level German (spoken and written) and very good English skills
- Several years of sales experience, ideally with a focus on B2B customer relationships
- Proven communication and sales skills, ability to identify customers, and a talent for thinking outside the box
- Experience in or a strong interest in the construction industry
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented, with the ability to think strategically and execute operationally
- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot is an advantage
- Driver's license (Class B) and willingness to spend about 20–30% of your time on-site with potential customers across the DACH region
