143 Studios is seeking a talented Producer to join our dynamic team at The Mel Robbins Podcast. The ideal candidate has experience producing a variety of compelling and high-quality content, with a passion for storytelling, and is a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience as a multi-faceted producer with experience in media production, podcasting or related field (advertising, content marketing, audio/video production)
• Proven ability to produce and manage a host or talent in a dynamic production environment
• Proven experience in project management with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, editing and communication skills
• Ability to lead the end-to-end production process - to conceptualize and execute from concept to pre and post-production
• Forward-thinking, adept at problem-solving, and a self-motivated team player
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across internal and external partners
• Comfortable in a fast paced, technology driven production environment
• A passion for personal growth and the topics shared in The Mel Robbins Podcast
