Producer

We are seeking a talented Producer to join our dynamic team at The Mel Robbins Podcast. This person will play a meaningful role in the creation of captivating content that inspires and motivates millions of people around the world.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience as a producer, ideally on a podcast, television show or related media type
• Proven ability to produce and manage a host or talent in a dynamic production environment.
• Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, written/verbal communication skills, editing chops, and interviewing skills.
• Ability to lead the end-to-end production process - to conceptualize and execute from concept to pre and post-production.
• Forward-thinking, adept at problem-solving, and a self-motivated team player.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple episodes simultaneously.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, technology driven production environment, including the ability to quickly type scripts and edit documents on a deadline
• A passion for personal growth and the topics shared in The Mel Robbins Podcast.
