Head of Information Operations & Insights

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Information Operations & Insights to lead and scale our information services function, ensuring high-quality information assets fuel global go-to-market success and embedding predictive models and actionable insights into daily operations.

Requirements

• Proven leadership of large-scale B2B information or operations teams
• Strong expertise in segmentation, information sourcing, enrichment, and delivery workflows
• Experience embedding predictive models into operational workflows
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Familiarity with Third Party Tools
