We are seeking a dynamic Head of Information Operations & Insights to lead and scale our information services function.
Requirements
- Translate segmentation into structured, actionable datasets
- Partner with Product and Analytics teams to operationalize predictive and propensity models
- Deliver insights that directly improve lead prioritization, sales productivity, etc.
- Act as the single point of accountability for information delivery outcomes
- Anticipate risks, troubleshoot delivery challenges, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
- Set clear KPIs, oversee performance management, and implement training and development programs
- Build a high-performance culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation
- Uphold rigorous quality standards in information enrichment, accuracy, and deduplication
- Drive automation and workflow optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability
- Design and evolve the information operations framework, including process architecture and resource planning
- Establish and maintain a centralized library of templates and taxonomies to promote consistency and reuse
- Continuously improve systems and practices to support long-term growth and scalability
