1Password is growing faster than ever, and we're looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to own the technical side of the post-sale customer lifecycle, guiding implementations, driving adoption, and acting as a trusted technical advisor on identity, access, device trust, and SaaS security.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role
- Proven ability to lead technical onboarding and implementation conversations
- Strong communication, storytelling, and demo skills
- Experience driving customer adoption, expansion, or renewal
- Strong understanding of modern security frameworks and identity protocols
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Familiarity with AI technologies and the ability to advise customers on evolving product roadmaps
