Job Description
W Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join their India team. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including job description creation, candidate assessment, reference checking, and conducting interviews. The associate will support the hiring of critical positions for their portfolio companies and contribute to building the talent pool.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in hiring, sourcing
- Strong communication and people skills
- Experience in recruiting for healthcare, technology, or VC funds
- Passion for a fast-paced VC environment
