Job Description
W Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join their India-based healthcare venture studio, 2070Health. This role will focus on recruitment, candidate assessment, salary discussions, and strategic talent acquisition initiatives. The associate will be a key contributor to the company's growth and will not be burdened with a recruiting team.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of overall experience in hiring
- Experience in a tier-1 recruiting firm (Indian or global) or a start-up
- Strong communication and people skills
- Passion for a fast-paced VC environment
- Experience in recruitment for tech/healthcare/VC funds is preferred
