Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our non-profit organization. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations.

Requirements

• Answer phones and greet visitors, providing assistance as needed
• Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Manage calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
• Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and reports
• Maintain records and files in an organized and accessible manner
• Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and sending invitations
• Assist with fundraising activities, including preparing donation acknowledgments and tracking donor information
• Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
• Provide administrative support to staff and management as needed
