Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to assist in the definition, documentation, and determination of the resolution of the OOC application "universe". The selected candidate will work with the Business System Administration Manager and Senior Business Systems Analysts to analyze and document financial related systems and assist in addressing the backlog of maintenance requests for applications owned by OOC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or financial related field
• A minimum of 5 years of business systems analysis experience
• Ability to produce legible and complete functional documentation
• Ability to analyze and accurately and completely define processes and workflows
• Ability to work effectively with users and a project team
• Knowledge of relational database theories and concepts
• Knowledge of the Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) system
• Skill in testing complex applications and interpreting whether requirements and design were met
