Job Description
Seeking a Business Analyst to assist with Level 3 Production Support. The candidate would work with the Line of Business, the internal user facing Production Support team, and the development team. The core of the role will be root cause analysis prior to transitioning the issue to the development team for a deeper dive.
Requirements
- 4-6 years experience ideal
- Experience with CDD (Customer Due Diligence) and AML focused tools is a plus but not required
- Local candidates only, W2 role
