We are seeking a Jr. Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of I.T experience, 1 year of troubleshooting experience, and 1 year of experience documenting procedures. Strong communication and leadership skills are also required.

Requirements

• Understanding of Desktop Support and Software Licensing Services.
• Uses creativity and innovation to automate and streamline processes and procedures.
• Strong communication/leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.
• Ability to troubleshoot in a high level systematic way. Ability to identify issues and research cause.
