Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in IT Service Desk and/or Call Centre
• Active Directory knowledge
• Office 365 admin console experience
• PowerShell experience
• MS exchange administration and migration experience
• Incident Management experience
• Basic User & Security Group Active Directory administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
• Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook 2007
