Job Description
360Learning is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate opportunities for high-potential accounts. The role involves qualifying leads, conducting presentations, and evangelizing the 360Learning platform. The team supports Account Executives with comprehensive onboarding and ongoing coaching.
Requirements
- Previous experience of at least 12 months hitting targets as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Fluent in English (level B2 or equivalent)
