Job Description
360Learning is seeking a Solution Deployment Manager to help new customers onboard and successfully deploy the 360Learning platform. This role involves managing the implementation lifecycle, driving project management, and ensuring customer success. The position requires a proactive, client-focused individual with a strong understanding of SaaS, APIs, and SSO configuration.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role (Technical Consultant, Implementation Project Manager, or Pre-sales Consultant)
- Previous deployment experience of SaaS products
- Project management skills
- Understanding of APIs, SSO configuration & troubleshooting
- French proficiency
- Strong English proficiency (B2 level)
- Organized and structured thinking
