Job Description
360Learning is seeking a Solution Deployment Manager to join their Implementation team. This role involves onboarding new customers through the 360Learning platform, managing implementation phases, driving project management, and contributing to client success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS, API integrations, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a similar role (Technical Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Project Manager or Pre-sales Consultant)
- Understanding and experience working with APIs, SSO configuration & troubleshooting
- Fluent French (native level) and very good English proficiency (level B2)
- Project management skills
