Job Description
The Implementation team on the 360Learning platform is onboarding new customers, ensuring successful platform deployment and adoption. This includes understanding client needs, translating requirements into configuration, facilitating integrations, and providing technical guidance. The role involves managing projects, solving complex problems, and offering professional services.
Requirements
- 3 years of professional consulting experience
- Experience with SaaS products, preferably in a customer facing role
- Project management skills
- Understanding of APIs, SSO configuration & troubleshooting
- Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)
