We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to consolidate our position as a leader in the renewable energy consultancy market in France and expand our services into North Africa.
Requirements
- Seasoned hunter and networker with a proven track record of closing deals and driving business growth.
- Hold an Engineering degree, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Extensive understanding of the French and North African renewable energy sectors, with a strong network and experience in technical advisory or owner's engineering.
- Previous experience with technical advisory and/or owner’s engineering business, preferably in the renewable energy sector or related industries.
- Balanced profile in both business development and sales, with project management skills to support the execution of complex projects.
- Proven track record in promoting at conferences, fairs, and other informal events like breakfasts and afterworks, with availability to attend such events as required.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for getting things done and navigating formal contexts while building trust and intimacy.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, non-traditional work environment, with a lifestyle approach to the role rather than a formal corporate mindset.
- 7-10 years of experience in Consultancy within the Renewable Energy sector, preferably in Business Development or Sales roles.
