Business Development Manager ( Spain )

We are seeking a senior commercial leader to drive Aerones' growth and market presence in Spain, building a significant revenue base and long-term pipeline with major wind farm operators, OEMs, and service providers in Spain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in senior commercial, business development, or country leadership roles within renewable energy, wind, or industrial services.
• Proven track record of building significant revenue streams and multi-million-euro pipelines with major customers.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (additional languages a plus).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating across international teams.
